昨日、この法案はトランプ政権から修正を迫られたので、しばらく進まないだろうと書いておきながら、いきなり全会一致可決で進んで驚いた。
昨日、トランプ政権からの修正圧力をうけたというPoliticoの報道はなんだったんだか。全会一致可決した後に、クライマー議員は、財務省たちなどが改善してくれたのでもう何も問題ないと発言はしているが、トランプ政権からのコメントはない。
尚、ジョシュ・ホーリー議員の国家安全法に対する非難決議も同時に全会一致で採択された。マコネル上院院内総務が、トランプ政権の意向に背いてこの２つの法案をよくぞ決議にかけたなあという思いがしております。

ただですね、この法案は、ざーっと読む限りは、制裁を課すのは大統領が判断するので、トランプ大統領がその気にならなければ、何もしないで終わってしまう可能性がある。なので、トランプ政権時代においては、トランプ大統領がどう行動するかにかかってそう。
