カタールが来年１月にＯＰＥＣを脱退すると表明したことについて、サウジアラビアとロシアが生産方針に及ぼす影響力が圧倒的に大きい現状に対して、小規模産油国が不満を抱いている表れだと指摘した。

うわ～ライトハイザーかぁ。あまりトラッキングできていないが、なかなかの強硬派のようです。
あと、Bloomberg TVでは昨日朝から集中的に報道されていたが、記事がでてこなかった。
そして未だ日本語訳されていないようだ。
大事なポイントは、90日の期限というのが中国側では報道されていないということですよ。
あとは、米中は相互にWin-Winを目指すみたいなことを中国は報道してるが、米国は期限付きで要求しているだけで特に歩み寄る姿勢はだしてないよね。
